We have an update on the My Nintendo Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Community Challenge!
With just 6 days left in the challenge, we’re thrilled to announce that players have already raced 75% of our goal! Thank you to everyone who has participated!
There's still time to join the My Nintendo Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe Community Challenge for an opportunity to receive 310 My Nintendo Platinum Points*. Between 3/7 and 3/17, players across the globe will join forces to try and finish one million combined laps in the challenge!
Join the My Nintendo Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe Community Challenge for an opportunity to receive 310 My Nintendo Platinum Points*. Between 3/7 and 3/17, players across the globe will join forces to try and finish one million combined laps in the challenge!
Even if you just participate for a moment or one lap, you will be eligible to receive the Platinum Points if players worldwide combine to meet the 1 million lap goal.
To participate, start Mario Kart 8 Deluxe before 11:59 p.m. PT on 3/17. Then:
1) Select Online Play
2) Head over to Tournaments and then Search by Code
3) Enter the tournament code: 1152-2501-4827

The tournament runs from March 7, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT until March 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
• Mode: 150cc Race
• Teams: No Teams
• Items: Normal Items
• COM: Normal COM
• Vehicles: All Vehicles
• Smart Steering: Smart Steering OK
• Race Count: No Limit
• Group Shuffling: Every 4th Match
If the goal of one million laps is completed by all global players combined, everyone who participated in the Americas will receive 310 Platinum Points! (Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe game, Nintendo Account, internet connection and a Nintendo Switch Online membership** is required to participate.)
